"God" didn't make anything. Man made the concept of god to explain things we don't understand and make us feel better about things we are unhappy with, and most of all, to control us.

Grateful Dead use skeletons as part of their symbolism. Based on what I am reading here, can it then be stated that GD art promotes satanic values?

i dont think skeletons are used to in a negative connotation within G/D lore...
but rather to symbolize our mortality...
